Compressed air is used in most indutries for, removing particules, cooling surfaces, moving or driving objects, drying etc. Air consumptions can be huge if flows are not controled. Holes or slots made in a tube generate tremendous consumptions of air and high noise level, for outlet turbulences are very important. To avoid these turbulences, air must be guided and get out through very small orifices. PNR, specialist for spraying nozzles manufacturing, is also making "blow off combs " with multi-chanels to ensure an effective air curtain with high impact, with a low noise level. Body is made in POLYACETAL (POM). This material is very shocks resistant and cannot be contaminated. Multi-chanels blower can also be delivered in aluminium. PNR range includes also blowing off bars (150 and 300mm long) and straight jet nozzles. |
